As a trusted partner in relocation services, we’ve spent years helping expats and businesses navigate the complexities of domestic and international moves. Increasingly, those needs involve legal affairs.

We're excited to announce the expansion of our own services to the legal field in a natural extension of our commitment to offering complex professional services that extend beyond relocation.

What’s New

Our expanded legal contracting services include:

Paralegal Services

We now offer flexible access to vetted paralegal professionals for businesses needing document preparation, legal research, or administrative support related to any field.

Attorney Referrals

We can connect clients with the right legal specialists based on jurisdiction and practice area when a formal legal opinion or representation is required via a growing network of licensed attorneys.

We can help with almost any matter that may arise as you navigate the world.

Expanded Legal Coordination Within Core DSP Services

Our core DSP services now provide greater access to legal support, because relocation doesn't just involve logistics and settling in. It raises legal considerations such as immigration compliance, housing regulations, lease reviews, residential documentation, and local contractual matters. These issues can pose challenges to the regular partner networks of global mobility. Our new services are designed to bridge that gap, providing timely and relevant support without replacing formal legal representation.

Specific to our core DSP offerings, our team of trained consultants now provides more general support to HR teams and individuals regarding common legal frameworks around housing agreements, work visas, tenant rights, and other regulatory considerations.

While we do not provide legal advice or the direct representation of attorneys at Destiny Services, our services and those of our partners can help any type of client better understand when and how to engage licensed legal professionals.

All our referral and contracting services are structured to ensure that legal advice is offered only by licensed attorneys and qualified professionals. Paralegal support is supervised in accordance with state laws. Our role is to empower businesses and professionals with clarity, access, and informed direction, whether that’s gathering the right documents or being referred to legal counsel who can represent your interests.

By integrating these legal referral and contracting options alongside our other core relocation services, we offer a seamless, single-source solution for expats and businesses seeking elite professional services. Whether you're staying put, relocating yourself as an expat, or onboarding an entire global team, we’re here to help you navigate the world with confidence.

Donald Trump secured the 2024 US presidential election and crypto was the big winner. We advised our most trusted clients and partners on the probability of these and other events as early as 2023. Did you reap the rewards?

Last year saw us begin to incorporate more varied professional services alongside traditional expatriate assistance in pilot programs intended to move towards new referrals and partnerships.

No ordinary consulting firm can predict market trends and political events. Destiny can, because we aren't an ordinary relocation services company. DSPs with core services similar to ours primarily help corporations transfer employees and advise those employees on aspects of their lives, so most are run by hospitality and relocation professionals. Destiny Services, however, is a family business run by former academics and entrepreneurs who just happen to share your expatriate experience and your background.

We predicted major crypto trends for the entirety of 2023-2024, called the election of Donald Trump as early as 2023, and predicted the ascendance of OpenAI, among other notable market-moving events.

We know that you and your team are capable of great things, too, and that this is what draws you to relocation and expatriate life. We built Destiny Services to enable you to focus on what you do best and to help you accomplish more. Every day, we draw on our varied expertise to do just that, much as you excel in your field by drawing on a world of experience.

The core business of Destiny Services will remain expat-oriented as we incorporate that expertise into a professional services model that extends beyond the traditional DSP. Like you, we live the expat experience, and we want to improve service offerings in what is currently an uneven sector.

We hope to bring you more advanced expat-oriented services, including more financial planning and wealth management referrals, in the coming year and to further solidify our presence as a provider of unique and exclusive services.

Best wishes for 2025 from Destiny Services.

We are committed to a mission of excellence and integrity in the provision of professional services. We work to maintain these high standards every day.

It saddens us to say some do not share our principles and, rather than operate fairly in the marketplace, resorted to harmful and anti-competitive practices, as well as the spread of misleading FUD, an unethical yet common anti-competitive practice.

Key Facts

Our principal founder pursued a legal case against Going-there Global Destination Services aka GT Limited in the UK for contract violations and non-payment in 2022.

Destiny Services is not in violation of a services agreement with Going-there or any other client, past or present.

Destiny Services' principal founder has never been directly employed by Going-there, has never violated a non-compete agreement, and was not in violation of a non-compete agreement at the time of launch of our services. These facts were vetted by attorneys prior to launch and prior to claims made by Going-there's principal owner.

Going-there cited a non-compete clause it voided with non-payment and which lacked application under US law as a defense only after our principal founder pursued Going-there in the UK for non-payment of services rendered that, by all accounts, helped rescue Going-there financially during the global pandemic.

Going-there violated and voided its services agreement with our principal founder in 2021 when it failed to make payment for management consulting services rendered prior to the existence of Destiny Services.

These facts have been reviewed and vetted by attorneys both in the United States and the United Kingdom from October 2021 to the present day.

In investigating these claims, which have bearing upon the reputation of our company, we uncovered a pattern of wrongdoing at Going-there that includes repeated violations of consultant services agreements and failure to pay consultants and partners both during the course of ordinary business and following contract terminations. Our investigators, as well as a number of those working in the relocation industry, have alleged that this is simply typical of how Going-there does business.

We spent two years investigating Going-there in regard to these claims. During this time, our principal founder pursued a lawsuit against Going-there in the UK over the substantial debt they owed him. We have been aided in this process by US and UK lawyers, UK and EU collections investigators, former consultants and partners of Going-there, and, at times, even by Going-there's own managing contractors and personnel. In the simply put words of one highly respected, third-party collections investigator: Going-there's owner is highly unethical.

We have been advised that there is little point spending to advance lawsuits against Going-there in the UK, because its owner is unlikely to pay any legal judgments to us or to our principal founder, and they appear to have been drawing out our costs. Going-there is registered to a mail drop in London with no known assets and UK experts have advised us that they appear to be structured using well-known techniques to dodge legal judgments and liabilities. The company similarly has no tangible US presence, only contractors and consultants.

We have collected witness testimonies from parties involved in the case and from other alleged victims of Going-there. If you have additional information regarding these matters or have been similarly affected by Going-there, please contact us.
